"Do you know where French is spoken?"

At Dubai English Speaking College, French is taught through the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing), following the British National Curriculum. The activities used aim to be fun and interactive in order to keep the students positive and enthusiastic about the subject. The students are encouraged to participate and speak through various activities (role-plays, pair work, interactive games…).

Special events:

February 2008: Inter-school Quiz organised to promote French culture and language for years 6 and 7 pupils. Several schools in the area joined Dubai English Speaking College to take part in the event: Dubai English Speaking School, Victoria English School, and Kings’ School.
